- added support for Roland MT32: unpack the "mt32_support.zip" archive into
"data" directory, overwriting the "resource.cfg" file and adding missing
"serial.device"(thanks el_pasi for reporting all MT32 enhancement requests
and how to do it)
- reassembled with latest kickemu
